Journal ArticleDOI
The standard enthalpies of formation of some dibenzocycloheptane ketones
TL;DR: In this article, the enthalpies of formation and atomization for the three compounds were derived and the experimental values of the atomization in the solid state were compared with those calculated using the Allen-Skinner bond energy scheme (for the liquid state).
Journal ArticleDOI
Flow-vacuum pyrolysis of three dibenzocycloalkanones
Mircea D. Banciu,Luminitza Parvulescu,Anca Banciu,Alina Simion,Cristina Costea,Constantin Draghici,Mircea Pop,Dan Eduard Mihaiescu +7 more
TL;DR: The flow-vacuum pyrolyses of 10H-dibenzo[ a,d ]cyclohepten-10-one (9), 5H-11,12-dihydrodibenzos[a,d]cycloocten- 10-one and 11,12,dihydroid-6H-Dibenza[ a,e ]cycloxen-5-one were studied by GC/MS at 1.33 mbar and temperatures between 600 and 900°C as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI
Hydrogenolysis of 1,1a,6,10b-tetrahydro-1,6-methanodibenzo[a,e]cyclopropa[c] cycloheptene over Ru-zeolites
Roxana Preda,Vasile I. Pârvulescu,Aurica Petride,Anca Banciu,Angela Popescu,Mircea D. Banciu +5 more
TL;DR: In this article, a hydrogenolysis of 1,1a,6,10b-tetrahydro-1,6-methanodibenzo cycloheptene (I ) over Ru-beta and Ru-Y zeolites is reported.
Journal ArticleDOI
Flash vacuum pyrolysis (FVP) on zeolites: Pyrolysis of 5-β (hydroxyethyl)-5H-dibenzo[a,d]cycloheptene
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a carbocationic reaction mechanism in the presence of isomeric dibenzo(C9H10)hydrocarbons, namely 1,1a,6,10b-tetrahydro-1,6-methanodibenzos[a,e]cyclopropa[c]cycloheptene (6) and 9,10-dihydro]-propenoanthracene (5), in the pyrolyses of FVP of authentic samples of 6
Journal ArticleDOI
Flow-vacuum pyrolysis of 5-methylene-5H-dibenzo[a,d]cycloheptene
Mircea D. Banciu,Cristina Costea,Constantin Draghici,Anca Banciu,Dan Eduard Mihaiescu,Diana Ciuculescu +5 more
TL;DR: In this article, the flow-vacuum pyrolyses of 5-methylene-5H-dibenzo[a,d]cycloheptene (11) were studied by GC/MS at 1.33 mbar and temperatures between 750 and 1050 °C.
