Journal ArticleDOI

Evaluating elasticity of costs for employee motivation at the industrial enterprises

TL;DR: Pererva et al. as discussed by the authors adapted the notion of function elasticity to increase the employee motivation effectiveness at domestic industrial enterprises, which made it possible to assess the motivational measures performance both for every block-module and for every employee, team, production department or enterprise.
Journal ArticleDOI

Determination of dependence of geometric parameters of drawn stopes (undercuts) for implementing tecnologies of active control of mountain massif state

TL;DR: In this article , a complex of modern research methods has been used, which includes the analysis of literary sources, design and construction documentation and practice of developing iron ore deposits at great depths, theoretical generalization of laboratory and industrial experiments, the method of functional characteristics for determining the permissible sizes of structural elements of underground mining methods, systemic economic, graph-analytical and correlation analysis.
Journal ArticleDOI

Rational parameters for walling development waies in the zones of influence of drawn stopes

TL;DR: In this article , the authors developed a methodology for calculating the rational parameters for walling development waies, taking into account changes in the stress state of the massif in the unloading zones of the drawn stopes of the first and second stages of mining.
Journal ArticleDOI

Substantiation of rational technologies for carrying out preparatory-throwed rais in the mining blocks of iron mines, which ensure increased stability of the massif exposures

TL;DR: In this paper , the authors proposed a technological scheme for conducting preparatory-rifled risers using borehole hydraulic technology, which allows for low-operation, flow and safety of mining operations, flexibility in controlling the concentration and volume of work, good compatibility with traditional mining technologies, as well as preliminary enrichment in the converter or open-hearth production of high-quality steel grades.
