Evaluation of innovative technology market potential on the basis of technology audit

This article examines and explains the necessity and importance of studying the conceptual provisions of sustainable development of enterprises and organizations in the real sector of the economy, taking into account the current environmental, economic, social situation. Also, the work is developing scientific and theoretical provisions on increasing the level of safety of industrial enterprises. Special attention is paid to studying the theoretical and methodological foundations of the concept of “compliance-safety” and the development of methodological foundations of its potential use in the current conditions of the Ukrainian economy to increase the level of sustainable development of enterprises in the real sector of the economy.After analyzing the current state, methodological and practical recommendations, which are associated with potential changes in the number of compliance-safety violations in the domestic economy, were formed. In this regard, the scientific community was invited to expand the terminology base by introducing the terms “compliance safety”, which should be formulated based on the current understanding of the term “compliance”, as well as close to the concept of “economic security” and “sustainable development”. This approach makes it possible to significantly impact the sustainability of the development of industrial enterprises and the economy of the state as a whole. Thanks to this definition, it is possible to consider the dynamics of the compliance safety indicator in determining the sustainable development of an enterprise and determine the size and importance of the impact of micro and macro factors on safety. In this work, special theoretical and methodological provisions and methodological recommendations were developed for assessing the value of a comprehensive compliance safety indicator. The authors’ proposals were tested at many machine-building enterprises of the North-Eastern industrial region of Ukraine.

Ensuring the Sustainable Development of an Industrial Enterprise on the Principle of Compliance-Safety

Significant transformations in economic relations and increased competition have posed enterprises with extremely complex tasks in the field of corporate governance. Mainly it concerns the systems of corporate governance, in which the principles of vertical organization are losing relevance, and the effectiveness of management largely depends on the balance of interests of participants (stakeholders) who can actively influence the production and commercial policy of the enterprise to distribute its resources in their favor.The study aims to develop proposals to ensure the effective interaction of the enterprise with stakeholders, based on establishing an optimal balance of material (value) interests, allowing achieving a reduction of risks that threaten the development of the enterprise.Thus, it was proposed to determine the total value of the commercial results of the enterprise, taking into account the real contribution, which is provided by the relations with one or another stakeholder. A similar approach is implemented to determine the share of the value of the corresponding stakeholder, which is ensured by its relationship with this enterprise. In addition to the value of the enterprise itself, the proposed models explicitly determine the value benefits of stakeholders and disclose a list of the main controlling factors: the volumes of resources supplied and consumed by the parties, their relative values, the structure of resource flows, etc.As an example, using the developed recommendations, the circle of the most influential stakeholders of the Ukrainian enterprise – PJSC KhTP – was studied. This approach allows an industrial enterprise to rank stakeholders by value, to analyze the dynamics of the structure and parameters of material and financial resources flows of the enterprise and its stakeholders.

Management of relations with enterprise stakeholders based on value approach

Striving to achieve company performance, we often choose to describe strategies, modern management instruments, goals and results, shading the huge importance of the human factor in achieving improvement. In each organization, the course of creating value has employees on its base. Nevertheless, how do we encourage people to contribute to overall firm’s success? How do we maintain their interest, motivation and involvement? Is it worth investing in human resource and what exactly do we attain in return? This case study presents a system of getting the best of people by investing minimal resources, describing the steps of the process and highlighting the long-term results and impact. After analyzing the key production indicators of the firm, we conducted a deductive analysis of the main financial indicators, which demonstrates the positive evolution of the company after implementing the motivational system. The results are presented for a period of six years starting with 2011. The effect of a suggestion system will increase and will develop a company, but only if it is linked to a foundation that supports the fundamental values of continuous improvement.

Effects of Suggestion System on Continuous Improvement: A Case Study

Employee motivation at the industrial enterprises is one of the most important principles of modern management. The practice of production and commercial activities of domestic enterprises speaks for essential modifications in the approaches to identifying the methods of employee motivation. In the meantime, at many industrial enterprises, motivational modules are limited to the level of salary payment. Therefore, the search for approaches to the formation of effective methods of employee motivation and the analysis of their classification peculiarities require implementing the complex scientific research and determine the relevance of the chosen topic. The purpose of the article is to adapt the notion of function elasticity to increase the employee motivation effectiveness at the domestic industrial enterprises. Increasing the effectiveness of employee motivation at an industrial enterprise is the object of the research. The research findings are obtained using the theory and practice of expert methods and system analysis, whereby 26 basic (key) motivational measures were determined, which were divided into six block-modules: jurisdictions, effectiveness, social and psychological, indirect financial influence, and direct financial influence. The weight of each of the motivational factors is determined and they were also classified according to this indicator. The notion of motivation elasticity is proposed, which makes it possible to assess the motivational measures performance both for every block-module and for every employee, team, production department or enterprise. Motivation elasticity ratio for ten employees of Kharkiv Machine Engineering Plant FED is calculated. Recommendations for further research on the paper’s subject are proposed. Collective monograph contains the results of scientific research devoted to the search for effective scientific and applied solutions for the operation of logistics systems. The problems posed are considered through the prism of technological and economic views, which contributes to the formation of the practical significance of the results of systematic research, which are highlighted in the monograph. Section 1 examines which multimodal logistics solutions in emergency situations and transport security threats have proven effective during the war in Ukraine. The given transport and logistics solutions can be considered promising from the point of view of integrative capabilities at a new level of transport competitiveness and defense capability. In Section 2, practical measures are proposed to improve logistics solutions in transport and customs services in international traffic to ensure the efficiency and reliability of the national economy. In Section 3, the impact of information provision of truck crews performing transport tasks on road traffic is investigated, and an effective scheme for information support of cargo delivery conditions is developed. In Section 4, solutions are proposed for evaluating the effectiveness of the ecological system project using the "discounted payback period" criterion, which takes into account transformational changes in its life cycle model. In Section 5, solutions are proposed that allow for a reasonable selection of the composition of consumers and partners for each enterprise, taking into account their characteristics and strategies of information interaction, ensuring an increase in the efficiency of the "consumer - enterprise - partner" system based on the criterion of profit maximization. The monograph is intended for practitioners who are engaged in the search and implementation of effective technological solutions in the field of logistics, in particular according to economic criteria, and scientists who investigate applied problems of the functioning of logistics systems. The purpose of the article is to study the current state and prospects for the development of the Ukrainian and world market of asynchronous motors. Within the framework of the specified topic, the main tasks of the research were set and solved: the directions of intellectual and innovative improvement of asynchronous motors were determined; on the basis of a comprehensive study of the target market, the needs of consumers in the development of this technique are substantiated; Scientific and methodological recommendations have been developed to reduce energy consumption and improve the efficiency of asynchronous motors. The broadest areas of their use are defined. The most effective intellectual and innovative directions for improving the market characteristics of asynchronous motors have been identified and researched. As the main intellectual and innovative directions for improving the market characteristics of asynchronous electric motors, which primarily provide market requirements for their energy efficiency, the article considers in detail: the possibilities of the asynchronous motor to be operated in adjustable electric drive systems; increasing the resource of motor by reducing the temperature load on its windings; ensuring the universal nature of their power supply and ensuring electromagnetic compatibility.

Intellectual and Innovative Directions of Improving the Market Characteristics of Asynchronous Electric Motors

The article substantiates the necessity and relevance of the introduction of progressive energy efficiency systems at industrial enterprises. It is shown that in Ukraine in 2020 only 43.1% of energy resources are used efficiently, according to the data of the energy efficiency rating. In 2019, this figure was higher - 54%. The analysis of the use of energy resources in industry, services, agriculture and the housing sector in Ukraine, as well as in the countries of the European Union. The issues of organizing energy efficiency benchmarking for industrial enterprises of Ukraine are considered. The main attention is paid to an integrated approach, which consists in creating a regulatory framework and organizing information support during benchmarking. The experience of the EU countries in solving the problem of technical regulation of energy efficiency benchmarking and the possibility of its use in international entrepreneurship is considered. Only the main stages of energy saving benchmarking are considered in detail, which include: selection of a benchmark, comparison and assessment, positioning of the research object and determination of leaders and outsiders, grouping benchmarking partners by energy efficiency level, identification of the gap, identification of the causes of inefficient energy consumption, determination of the scale and nature of the problem. The introduction of an energy efficiency benchmarking system on a regular basis as a control and planning subsystem as part of an energy management system will make it possible to track changes in the energy efficiency indicators of the production system and its structural objects, the level of energy efficiency over time, negative trends and causes of their occurrence, to assess the effectiveness of adaptation of the best principles of efficient energy consumption in own conditions and the effectiveness of the implementation of energy-saving measures, which will contribute to the continuous improvement of the production system and its facilities.
