Self-assembly of the 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane multilayers on Si and hysteretic current–voltage characteristics
Anil Kumar Chauhan,Dinesh K. Aswal,Shankar P. Koiry,Shiv K. Gupta,J. V. Yakhmi,Christoph Sürgers,David Guerin,Stéphane Lenfant,Dominique Vuillaume +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors reported the deposition of 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane (APTMS) multilayers on SiOx/Si(p++) substrates by a layer-by-layer self-assembly process.
Journal ArticleDOI
Optimization of the spray-drying process for developing guava powder using response surface methodology
TL;DR: In this paper, the response surface methodology (RSM) was used to optimize the spray-drying process for the development of guava powder, and the independent variables were different levels of inlet air temperature and maltodextrin concentration.
Journal ArticleDOI
XPS, UV–Vis, FTIR, and EXAFS Studies to Investigate the Binding Mechanism of N719 Dye onto Oxalic Acid Treated TiO2 and Its Implication on Photovoltaic Properties
Jaspreet Singh,Abhay Gusain,Vibha Saxena,Anil Kumar Chauhan,P. Veerender,Shankar P. Koiry,P. Jha,Avani Jain,Dinesh K. Aswal,S.K. Gupta +9 more
TL;DR: In this article, the anchoring mechanism of N719 dye molecules on oxalic acid treated TiO2 (OA-TiO2) electrodes has been investigated using extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) measurements, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), UV-vis and XPS.
Journal ArticleDOI
Room temperature detection of H2S by flexible gold–cobalt phthalocyanine heterojunction thin films
Ashwini Kumar,Nirav Joshi,Soumen Samanta,Ajay Singh,Anil K. Debnath,Anil Kumar Chauhan,Mainak Roy,R. Prasad,Kallol Roy,Mohamed M. Chehimi,Mohamed M. Chehimi,Dinesh K. Aswal,Shiv K. Gupta +12 more
TL;DR: In this paper, an improved H2S response of flexible gold-cobalt phthalocyanine (CoPc) heterojunction thin films at room temperature was reported.
Journal ArticleDOI
Morin hydrate ameliorates cisplatin-induced ER stress, inflammation and autophagy in HEK-293 cells and mice kidney via PARP-1 regulation.
TL;DR: MH is suggested as a potential therapeutic agent against CP‐induced nephrotoxicity after co‐treatment of CP‐MH and CP‐ANI significantly attenuated the expression level of PARP‐1, reduced cellular death, alleviated inflammatory responses, and inhibited autophagy stimulation in HEK‐293 cells and mice kidney.
