Updated Kinetic Mechanism for High-Pressure Hydrogen Combustion
TL;DR: In this paper, a chemical kinetic model for high-pressure combustion of H2 = O2 mixtures was developed by updating some of the rate constants important under high pressure conditions without any diluent.
Journal ArticleDOI
Detection of precursor molecules in the Metal Chloride Reduction CVD of Cu
TL;DR: In this article, the chemical kinetics of metal chloride reduction CVD (MCR-CVD) has been investigated for thin-film deposition of copper and various other metals.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
A Noble Kinetic Model of H2/O2 System Applicable to Liquid Rocket Engine Combustion
TL;DR: In this article, a chemical kinetic model for high pressure combustion of H2/O2 mixtures has been developed and compared with various experimental data, such as shock tube ignition delay, flow reactors and laminar flame speed measurements.
Journal ArticleDOI
Desorption process of copper chlorides from copper surface
TL;DR: In this paper, the gas phase composition of copper chlorides generated by etching of copper surface by electron impact-mass spectrometry was studied and found that after desorbing from the copper surface, copper chloride reached equilibrium composition immediately.
