Impact of COVID-19 on people with physical disabilities: A rapid review.
Audrey Lebrasseur,Noémie Fortin-Bédard,Josiane Lettre,Eve-Line Bussières,Krista L Best,Normand Boucher,Mathieu Hotton,Simon Beaulieu-Bonneau,Catherine Mercier,Marie-Eve Lamontagne,François Routhier +10 more
TL;DR: The lack of early research about the impacts of COVID-19 experienced by people with physical disabilities was highlighted, and future studies should focus on specific consequences and needs of this vulnerable population to ensure their inclusion in public health recommendations and consideration by policy makers.
Journal ArticleDOI
Assistive robotic arm: Evaluation of the performance of intelligent algorithms.
Audrey Lebrasseur,Josiane Lettre Ot,François Routhier PEng,Philippe S. Archambault Ot,Pmp Alexandre Campeau-Lecours PEng +4 more
TL;DR: Evaluating the performance, in terms of ease of use, task completion time, and participants’ perception of usability, of three new algorithms applied to the JACO robotic arm shows that algorithms could produce significant improvements in performing daily living activities.
