Journal ArticleDOI

pn + junction in an implanted electroactive polymer: poly(paraphenylene)

TL;DR: In this article, a pn+ -junction made in intrinsic insulating poly(paraphenylene) (σ <10−12 Ω −1 cm−1) by implantation (E ⋍ 50keV) of alkali metal ions (essentially caesium for n doping) and halogen (iodine for p doping).
Journal ArticleDOI

TL;DR: In this paper, the Seebeck coefficient of polyparaphenylene by ion implantation has been studied and the authors have shown that the semiconductor obtained is degenerate with Seebeck coefficients close to that obtained by chemical doping.
Journal ArticleDOI

Journal ArticleDOI

Book ChapterDOI

Ion Implanted Polyparaphenylene: Modifications of Lateral and in Depth Concentration Profiles upon Annealing

TL;DR: In this article, annealing was followed by secondary ion mass spectroscopy on n-doped polyparaphenylene with Cs or Na or on p-Doped with I samples.
