Journal ArticleDOI
Enhancing the properties of CdO thin films by co-doping with Mn and Fe for photodetector applications
B. Ravi Kumar,K. Hari Prasad,K. Kasirajan,M. Karunakaran,V. Ganesh,Yugandhar Bitla,S. AlFaify,I.S. Yahia,I.S. Yahia +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, the co-doping of two transition metal ions (Fe and Mn) effectively improves the structural, morphological, optical, electrical and photodetection properties of CdO thin films than individual doping.
Journal ArticleDOI
Dopamine receptors in human foetal brains:Characterization, regulation and ontogeny of [3H]spiperone binding sites in striatum
B. Ravi Kumar,P.S. Sastry +1 more
TL;DR: The ontogeny of dopamine receptors using [3H]spiperone as the ligand and 10 mM dopamine hydrochloride was used in blanks indicated a D2 type receptor during the foetal age 16 to 40 weeks but it increased two-fold postnatally reaching a maximum at 5 years.
Journal ArticleDOI
Structural, Optical and Dielectric Properties of Nd Doped NiO Thin Films Deposited with a Spray Pyrolysis Method
TL;DR: The effect of Nd doping on the structural, morphological, electrical and optical properties of NiO thin films deposited on glass substrates using nebulizer spray pyrolysis method is investigated in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI
Lattice effects on the multiferroic characteristics of (La, Ho) co-substituted BiFeO3
Pittala Suresh,Binoy Krishna Hazra,B. Ravi Kumar,Tirthankar Chakraborty,P.D. Babu,S. Srinath +5 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the influence of La3+ and Ho3+ co-substitution on the structural, electrical and magnetic properties of rhombohedrally distorted polycrystalline BiFeO3 is reported.
Journal ArticleDOI
Structural, electrical, and optical properties of rare-earth Sm3+ doped SnO2 transparent conducting oxide thin films for optoelectronic device applications: Synthesized by the spin coating method
Harish Sharma Akkera,Y. Himath Kumar,M Dilip Kumar,G. Srinivas Reddy,B. Ravi Kumar,U. M. Pasha,Yugandhar Bitla,V. Ganesh +7 more
TL;DR: In this article , various concentrations of Sm (1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 at%) doped SnO2 thin films were synthesized by the sol-gel spin coating method and investigated the structural, optical, and electrical properties.
