Hierbei ist vorgesehen, dass das Abdeckelement (2) ein Sperrelement (21) aufweist, das derart auf das Verstellelement (11) abgestimmt ist, dass das Sperrelement (21) ein Ansetzen des Abdeckelements (2) an die Anschlussklemme (1) zum Verbinden mit dem elektrischen Gerat (4) zulasst, wenn das Verstellelement (11) in der Klemmstellung ist, und ein Verbinden des Abdeckelements (2) mit dem elektrischen Gerat (4) verhindert, wenn das Verstellelement (11) nicht in der Klemmstellung ist. Auf diese Weise wird ein Anschlussklemmensystem zur Verfugung gestellt, das in einfacher, kostengunstiger und intuitiv zu handhabender Weise ermoglicht, ein bestimmungsgemases Anschliesen einer elektrischen Leitung an eine Anschlussklemme zu gewahrleisten.
