Constituents of the essential oil from aerial parts of Chromolaena odorata from Thailand
Nisit Pisutthanan,Boonsom Liawruangrath,Saisunee Liawruangrath,Apiwat Baramee,Amphawan Apisariyakul,John Korth,John B. Bremner +6 more
TL;DR: The chemical composition of the essential oil from the aerial parts of Chromolaena odorata, collected from Phitsanulok, Thailand was analyzed by means of GC-(FID) and GC-MS as discussed by the authors.
Journal ArticleDOI
A new flavonoid from Chromolaena odorata.
TL;DR: Fractionation of the aerial parts of Chromolaena odorata afforded a new flavonoids, 5,7-dihydroxy-6,4′-dimethoxyflavanone, in addition to 14 known flavonoid compounds, six of which had not been isolated previously from this plant.
Chemical Constituents and Biological Activities of Chromolaena odorata
TL;DR: The biological activities of crude extracts of Chromolaena odorata, collected from Thapho, Muang district, Phitsanulok Province, Thailand were investigated and it was evident that the DCM/ water extract of the aerial part of the plant showed potent anti-HSV-1 activity and also showed moderate activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis in vitro.
A Direct Current Polarographic Method for the Determination of Chlorpheniramine Maleate in Pharmaceutical Preparations
TL;DR: In this paper, a direct polarographic method for the determination of chlorpheniramine maleate in pharmaceutical preparations was developed, which was based on the reduction of CHM in an acidic medium (pH 1.2-4.0).
Determination of Organic Acids in Avocado Fermented Juice by High Performance Liquid Chromatography
TL;DR: In this article, the organic acids: malic acid, citric acid, and tartaric acid were determined by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC).
