Journal ArticleDOI
Structural behavior of ultra high performance concrete beams subjected to bending
TL;DR: In this article, a detailed presentation of experimental test results for the flexural behavior of ultra high performance concrete beams is provided, where the experimental parameters included the amount of rebar and the placing method for the UHPC.
Journal ArticleDOI
International Perspective on UHPC in Bridge Engineering
Benjamin A. Graybeal,Eugen Brühwiler,Byung-Suk Kim,François Toutlemonde,Yen Lei Voo,Arash E. Zaghi +5 more
TL;DR: In this article, UHPC offers significant potential to address a variety of needs in bridge design, construction, and performance enhancement, and bridge owners have shown willingness to adopt it for bridge design and construction.
Journal ArticleDOI
Dynamic behavior of two-span continuous concrete bridges under moving high-speed train
TL;DR: In this article, the dynamic behavior analysis of bridges under trains running at high-speed was studied and the results showed that train-bridge interaction effects related to the dynamic response of the bridge appeared to be significant at every speed.
Journal ArticleDOI
Crack control of a steel and concrete composite plate girder with prefabricated slabs under hogging moments
TL;DR: In this article, an experimental test on a full-scale model of a steel and concrete composite plate girder with prefabricated slabs under hogging moments was cautiously conducted and observed in order to study crack control.
Journal ArticleDOI
