A Scenario for the Fine Structures of Solar Type IIIb Radio Bursts Based on the Electron Cyclotron Maser Emission
TL;DR: In this paper, a scenario based on the electron cyclotron maser emission is proposed for the fine structures of solar radio emission in the present discussion, which is suggested that under certain conditions modulation of the ratio between the plasma frequency and electron gyro-frequency by ultra low frequency waves may lead to the intermittent emission of radio waves.

TL;DR: Li et al. as discussed by the authors introduced the design and on-ground test results of the LEIA instrument, which has an angular resolution of 4-8 arcmin (in FWHM) for the central focal spot of the point spread function, and an effective area of 2 − 3 cm2 at 1 keV in essentially all directions within the field of view.
