TL;DR: This article evaluated a number of procedures that have been proposed to enhance cross-cultural comparability of personality and value data, and concluded that, although no procedure resolves all comparability issues, anchoring vignettes, parcelling, and treating data as ordered categories seem promising to alleviate incomparability.

Understanding the relationship between antecedents of Heavy Work Investment (HWI) and burnout
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a model that clarifies the relationship of antecedents of heavy work investment to burnout, using structural equation modeling. But the mediation role of HWI is confirmed for T2, with respect to three factors, job engagement, workaholism and workload, but not for T1.
