Empowering and engaging industrial workers with Operator 4.0 solutions
Eija Kaasinen,Franziska Schmalfuß,Cemalettin Ozturk,Susanna Aromaa,Menouer Boubekeur,Juhani Heilala,Päivi Heikkilä,Timo Kuula,Marja Liinasuo,Sebastian Mach,Rakesh Mehta,Esko Petäjä,Thomas Walter +12 more
TL;DR: The results show that there are clear needs for knowledge sharing and adaptive learning solutions that would support personalized competence development and learning while working.
Book ChapterDOI
Object detection at 200 Frames Per Second
Rakesh Mehta,Cemalettin Ozturk +1 more
TL;DR: This paper proposes an efficient and fast object detector which can process hundreds of frames per second, consists of 10x fewer parameters than the VGG based object detection network and it achieves a speed of more than 200 FPS and proposed changes improve the detection accuracy by 14 mAP over the baseline on Pascal dataset.
Journal ArticleDOI
Balancing and scheduling of flexible mixed model assembly lines
TL;DR: This is the first paper in the literature which takes into account the network type precedence diagrams and limited buffer capacities between stations and shows that the CP approach outperforms the MIP approach as well as the decomposition schemes.
Journal ArticleDOI
Balancing and scheduling of flexible mixed model assembly lines with parallel stations
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors studied flexible mixed model assembly lines with serially connected stages where stages may have one or more parallel stations and proposed a decomposition scheme for large scale applications.
Journal ArticleDOI
Cyclic scheduling of flexible mixed model assembly lines with parallel stations
TL;DR: A novel constraint programming model including problem specific symmetry breaking constraints is proposed to solve the problem of balancing and cyclic scheduling of flexible mixed model assembly lines with parallel stations.
