TL;DR: The Indian olibanum oil obtained by steam distillation of Boswellia serrata Roxb has been analyzed by a combination of GC, GC-MS and 1H-NMR as mentioned in this paper.
Abstract: Indian olibanum oil obtained by steam distillation of Boswellia serrata Roxb. gum-oleoresin has been analysed by a combination of GC, GC-MS and 1H-NMR. GC revealed 40 components of which 26 have been identified. With its high content of α-thujene, the Indian oil differs from olibanum oils from other sources.
