Abstract: To determine what insects are most abundant in commercial grain storage and processing establishments in Ohio, a survey was conducted in 1961. A total of 118 establishments, selected at random and representing all parts of the State, was visited in May to sample for insects which had presumably overwintered in and around stored grain. A fall (September) survey was conducted in the same establishments to measure any fluctuations of insect populations which might have occurred.
