Effect of Visibility of the Fringes on the Tilt Measurement Using a Cyclic Interferometer and Polarization Phase Shifting

TL;DR: In this article, the effect of the misalignment of the quarter wave plate on the visibility of the fringes and consequently on the accurcy of the measurement was numerically investigated and a new scheme of polarizing phase shifting techique was developed which is rather simpler compared to those reported in the literature.
Journal ArticleDOI

Speckle Fringe Sharpening in Speckle Shear Interferometry

TL;DR: In this article, a method to sharpen the fringes to achieve higher accuracy is described, and the method requires three exposures with incremental loading in between the exposures, and it requires three exposure times with incremental load in between each exposure.
Reference EntryDOI

Speckle and Speckle Metrology

TL;DR: This chapter is intended to provide a concise and precise account of speckles starting from its infancy to the latest developments such as temporal speckle pattern interferometry or digital holography.
Journal ArticleDOI

Simple inverting interferometer with holoelements

TL;DR: Presentation d'un interferometre inverseur employant des composants holographiques au controle optique a chaque fois qu'une detection isolee du coma est necessaire.
Journal ArticleDOI

Power spectral density of a subjective speckle pattern

TL;DR: L'information de deplacement dans le plan sur l'objet diffusant est obtenue a partir d'une photographie speckle a double exposition focalisee/defocalisee soit par filtrage ponctuel so it parfiltrage du champ entier.
