Achievement of normally-off AlGaN/GaN high-electron mobility transistor with p-NiOx capping layer by sputtering and post-annealing

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors presented a technique to fabricate normally off GaN-based high-electron mobility transistor (HEMT) by sputtering and post-annealing p -NiO x capping layer.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Performance enhancement of Pt/ZnO/Pt resistive random access memory (RRAM) with UV-Ozone treatment

TL;DR: In this article, the bipolar resistive switching characteristics of the Pt/ZnO/Pt resistive random access memory (RRAM) were investigated and UV-Ozone treatment was introduced to improve the interface quality between ZnO thin film and Pt electrode.
