Development of therapeutic antibodies for the treatment of diseases
TL;DR: The preeminent antibody engineering technologies used in the development of therapeutic antibody drugs, such as humanization of monoclonal antibodies, phage display, the human antibody mouse, single B cell antibody technology, and affinity maturation are outlined.
Journal ArticleDOI
The extracellular domain of epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM) enhances multipotency of mesenchymal stem cells through EGFR-LIN28-LET7 signaling.
TL;DR: The results indicate that EpEX stimulates EGFR signaling and thereby context-dependently controls MSC states and activities, promoting cell proliferation and multipotency under maintenance conditions and osteogenesis under differentiation conditions.

TL;DR: In this paper , a membrane protein, podocalyxin-like protein 1 (PODXL) was identified as being essential for extended and primed pluripotency, and it was concluded that cholesterol regulation via PODXL signaling is critical for ESC/EPSC.
