Total variation blind deconvolution

TL;DR: A blind deconvolution algorithm based on the total variational (TV) minimization method proposed is presented, and it is remarked that psf's without sharp edges, e.g., Gaussian blur, can also be identified through the TV approach.
Journal ArticleDOI

Convergence of the alternating minimization algorithm for blind deconvolution

TL;DR: In this paper, an alternating minimization (AM) procedure is used to find a local minimum of the objective function, which is then used to fix either the blur or the image and minimize respect to the other variable, each step is a standard non-blind deconvolution problem.
Journal ArticleDOI

Sine transform based preconditioners for elliptic problems

TL;DR: The preconditioned conjugate gradient method is applied to solving linear systems Ax = b where the matrix A comes from the discretization of second-order elliptic operators with Dirichlet boundary conditions and the numerical results show that the method converges faster than the MILU and MINV methods.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Multichannel image deconvolution by total variation regularization

TL;DR: In this paper, a fast iterative method is developed to solve the deconvolution problem, which involves solving linear systems and the conjugate gradient method is applied in which Fourier transform type preconditioners are used to speed up the convergence rate.
