Multiple small, rectal neuroendocrine tumors with numerous micronests.

TL;DR: A 57-year-old Korean man underwent endoscopic mucosal resection at another hospital one year previously for rectal neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) 10 cm from the anal verge, and Histopathologic results revealed NETs that were 0.4 × 0.2 cm, grade 1, and without any involvement of the tumor margin.
