Journal ArticleDOI

Comparison of the accuracy of subtraction CT angiography performed on 320-detector row volume CT with conventional CT angiography for diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms

TL;DR: Subtraction CTA performed on a 320-detector row volume CT is an accurate diagnostic tool that provides data equivalent to that obtained with three-dimensional-DSA for the detection of intracranial aneurysms.
Journal ArticleDOI

Characterizing breast cancer xenograft epidermal growth factor receptor expression by using near-infrared optical imaging.

TL;DR: In vivo NIR imaging results indicated specific uptake in EGFR-positive tumors, and Erbitux-Cy5.5 may be used as a specific NIR contrast agent for the noninvasive characterization of EGFR expression level in breast cancer xenografts.
Journal ArticleDOI

MR Reporter Gene Imaging of Endostatin Expression and Therapy

TL;DR: Endostatin therapeutic gene expression was visualized successfully using TfR reporter gene and Tf–USPIO MR reporter probe, which indicates that MR reporter gene imaging may be valuable in gene therapy to evaluate therapeutic geneexpression and treatment efficacy.
Journal ArticleDOI

Relationship between epicardial adipose tissue volume measured using coronary computed tomography angiography and atherosclerotic plaque characteristics in patients with severe coronary artery stenosis.

TL;DR: EAT volume was higher in the presence of non-calcified and mixed plaques in patients with ≥50% severe coronary artery stenosis, and showed a positive correlation with total cholesterol and low-density-lipoprotein cholesterol, and a very weak correlation with age, triglyceride, body mass index and high-density cholesterol.
