TL;DR: In this article, the authors evaluated the comparative clinical effectiveness and safety of dexamethasone vs. betametha-thasone for preterm birth and found that corticosteroids have proven effective for most neonatal and child-relevant outcomes compared with placebo or no treatment for women at risk of preterm delivery.
