The exponential expansion of the Internet has exhausted the IPv4 addresses provided by IANA. The new IP edition, i.e. IPv6 introduced by IETF with new features such as a simplified packet header, a greater address space, a different address sort, improved encryption, powerful section routing, and stronger QoS. ISPs are slowly seeking to migrate from current IPv4 physical networks to new generation IPv6 networks. ‎The move from actual IPv4 to software-based IPv6 is very sluggish, since billions of computers across the globe use IPv4 addresses. The configuration and actions of IP4 and IPv6 protocols are distinct. Direct correspondence between IPv4 and IPv6 is also not feasible. In terms of the incompatibility problems, all protocols can co-exist throughout the transformation for a few years. Compatibility, interoperability, and stability are key concerns between IP4 and IPv6 protocols. After the conversion of the network through an IPv6, the move causes several issues for ISPs. The key challenges faced by ISPs are packet traversing, routing scalability, performance reliability, and protection. Within this study, we meticulously analyzed a detailed overview of all aforementioned issues during switching into ipv6 network.

Analyzing challenging aspects of IPv6 over IPv4

Now a days in Service Provider’s core network we do not use IP forwarding rather we go for MPLS because it gives more efficient switching of packets. MPLS is the combination of layer-3 routing and layer-2 switching because every network prefix is assigned a particular Label. In this paper I am going to do testing and implement scalability over MPLS L3 VPN. This testing and implementation are to proof the scalability is the one important thing when design MPLS L3 VPN technology. This Topology of MPLS L3 VPN also provides the secure tunnel between two customer sites. By this implementation we show that there is a transparent tunneling over SP network. We are also avoiding the BGP implementation In SP core. So we call it as BGP free core. This implementation also saves the routing table space on provider routers. We have used the concept of Route Reflector (RR) to avoid more BGP sessions and to make it more scalable.

Architecture for MPLS L3 VPN Deployment in Service Provider Network

In the fast-growing business world, networking has a vital role to play. The organizations are spread all over the world. The connectivity between these organizations has become somewhat typical with old traditional ways. To overcome them a new technology called multiprotocol label switching (MPLS) is being used. It has become very popular industry solutions. MPLS at present has more advantages than any other technologies like ATM, FR, Ethernet and SONET. VPN additionally takes part in security. Therefore, this MPLS network with VPN gives a good network connection. In this project, MPLS-based VPN is implemented in a collaborative environment. Three regional offices of an organization are connected with the central Web site through MPLS-based ISP’s network. The connectivity among the sites is established and further resolutions are made on the basis of MPLS labels instead of IP addresses. Moreover, it is also observable in that MPLS does not need any other tunneling protocol unlike traditional VPN’s. It builds tunnels based on labels.

Configuring MPLS Cloud Providers with Virtual Private Network

The use of command-line interface (CLI) terminals on network equipment such as routers is ubiquitous, however manually inputting commands into CLI terminals is prone to human mistake. Many devices, such as customer edge (CE) routers, are difficult to operate in a multiprotocol label switching-virtual private network (MPLS-VPN) due to manual processes that the user must perform in a CLI terminal. The network automation process in MPLS-VPN networks is difficult due to the large number of routing tables that must be managed. The route leakage approach is described in this study to bypass these limitations and allow the network automation program to be implemented directly to CE routers. The results suggest a small increase in time efficiency of up to 15 seconds and a 40-second increase in time efficiency.

Network Automation for CE Router with Route Leaking in MPLS-VPN Network

The need for ultimate security in the enterprise network is significantly crucial in today’s network. Likewise, redundancy, availability, and reliability are the primary main key to an internet connection. Mostly, network administrators use multiple routers and firewalls in their networks. In essence, asymmetric traffic imposes a serious issue with those designs and in some occasions the network traffic might be disturbed. In order to address the asymmetric connection to the firewall, this work proposes by use of another segment network for multi-routers and a firewall called a fusion network. In addition, this paper takes advantage of the existing enhanced technology such as MP-BGP MPLS VPN. Moreover, applying to the real world is also considered. Finally, the comparison with other network designs and the performance of our design are discussed.

A Design and Implementation of Multi-Routers and Firewall in a Multi-homed environment

Multi-Protocol label switching(MPLS) that introduced by IETF(Internet Engineering Task Force) is basically used for communication network that attract all service provider network with its brilliant and excellent futures which provide guarantees to traffic and Provide Quality of Services which carries data from source to destination directly through small labels. One of the most highly useful applications of MPLS is VPN or Virtual Private Network that provides layer 3 or network layer VPN for service provider which guarantee carries of traffic privately and securely from one customer to another through service provider network. In order to support several Customers that each customer request for different services like having secure, reliable, private and fast connection MPLS VPN have the concept Virtual Router that it is called VRF(Virtual Routing and Forwarding) table. VRF or Virtual Routing and Forwarding technology that allow a router to have multiple routing tables or multiple VPN at the same time that they are located inside of the same router and now with the help of VRF different customer can use the same Subnet of IP address connected to the same MPLS service provider network. This paper presents deployment of the MPLS using Virtual Routing and Forwarding and using MP-BGP (Multi Protocol Border Gateway Protocol) that I used the combination of IP 4 and IPV6 by using GNS (Graphical Network Simulator)

Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) which was introduced by Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) is usually used in communication networks which started attracting all the internet service provider(ISP) networks with its brilliant and excellent features that provide quality of services (QOS)and guarantees to traffic which carries data from one network to another network directly through labels. Virtual Private Network (VPN) is one of the highly useful MPLS applications which allow a service provider or a large enterprise network to offer network Layer VPN services that guarantee and carries traffic securely and privately from customer’s one to another through the service provider’s network. To support multiple customers that Customers Request for secure, reliable, private and ultrafast connections over the internet MPLS VPN standards include the concept of a virtual router. This feature called a VRF table. VRF or Virtual routing and Forwarding technology that permit a router to have various routing table or multiple VPN at the same time that they are located in the same router but they are independent and Also the VRF feature in VPN now allows different customers to use same IP addresses connected to the same ISP. A VRF exists inside a single MPLS router and typically routers need at least one VRF for each customer attached to that particular router.

In this paper, we present a review of various existing approaches based on clustering of data points for detecting outliers from data set. The survey will cover the traditional outlier detection methods for static datasets, low dimensional datasets and recent developments that deal with outlier detection problems for dynamic data stream and high-dimensional datasets.
