TL;DR: In a survey of senior environment managers in Toronto-based mining companies, making up 80% of mining sector market capitalization on the Toronto Stock Exchange, the authors found that 70% of interviewed executives perceive their companies to have either a proactive or an interactive approach to environmental approvals regulation.
