Improvement of signal reproducibility and matrix/comatrix effects in MALDI analysis

TL;DR: In this paper, a matrix-assisted matrix assisted laser desorption/ionization (MALDI) quantitative analysis is proposed to solve the problems associated with poor shot-to-shot reproducibility, crystal inhomogeneity, signal degradation and data acquisition system nonlinearity.
