El valor logístico: una propuesta de modelo a partir de sus antecedentes y consecuencias

TL;DR: In this paper, an empirical study is conducted in order to explore antecedents and consequences of logistics value, and results, provided by a structu- ral equation model, show that the use of Information Technology (IT), the benefits derived form the relationship ma- nagement, the logistics service quality, and the sacrifices associated to the delivery of logistics services contribute to logistics' value creation.
