Electrochemical behavior of L-cysteine and its detection at carbon nanotube electrode modified with platinum.
TL;DR: Improved electrochemical behavior of L-cysteine (CySH) on platinum (Pt)/carbon nanotube (CNT) electrode was investigated by cyclic voltammetry and a sensitive CySH sensor was developed based on Pt/CNT/graphite electrode.
Journal ArticleDOI
Hydrogen photosynthesis by Rhodobacter capsulatus and its coupling to a PEM fuel cell
TL;DR: Four different mutant strains of Rhodobacter capsulatus, a photosynthetic purple non-sulfur bacterium, were tested for their ability to produce hydrogen in a 3 L volume photobioreactor coupled to a small PEM fuel cell system, with the mutant IR3 showing the most sustained hydrogen and current production.
Journal ArticleDOI
Electrocatalytic reactions of phenolic compounds at ferric ion co-doped SnO2:Sb5+ electrodes
Deliang He,Sun-il Mho +1 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the anodic voltammetric responses for some phenolic compounds (phenol, p-chlorophenol and p-nitrophenol) can be significantly enhanced at the Sb5+ and Fe3+ co-doped SnO2 electrodes.
Journal ArticleDOI
Kinetic analysis of photosynthetic growth and photohydrogen production of two strains of Rhodobacter Capsulatus
TL;DR: In this article, two mutants of Rhodobacter Capsulatus (JP91 and IR3), a photosynthetic purple non-sulfur bacterium, were grown in a batch photobioreactor under illumination with 30mml −1 dl -lactate and 5mmol l −1 l -glutamate as carbon and nitrogen source, respectively.
Journal ArticleDOI
Preparation of a novel nanocomposite of polyaniline core decorated with anatase-TiO 2 nanoparticles in ionic liquid/water microemulsion
TL;DR: In this paper, a polyaniline core decorated with TiO2 (PANI-TiO2) nanocomposite particles was successfully synthesized in ionic liquid/water (IL/water) microemulsion in the presence of anatase TiO 2 nanoparticles.
