TL;DR: In this paper, the authors describe a study of the impact of industry technological sophistication on the strategy-related characteristics of entrepeneurial firms and find that industry technologicl sophistication moderates the strength of the relationships between many strategic variables (variables that define the content of business strategy such as the product price, customer credit, operating efficiency, etc.) and firm performance.
