Journal ArticleDOI

Photo-irradiated biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles using edible mushroom pleurotus Florida and their antibacterial activity studies.

TL;DR: The biofunctionalized silver nanoparticles thus produced have shown admirable antimicrobial effects, and the synthetic procedure involved is eco-friendly and simple, and hence high range production of the same can be considered for using them in many pharmaceutical applications.
Journal ArticleDOI

Adsorbed Carbon Formation and Carbon Hydrogenation for CO 2 Methanation on the Ni(111) Surface: ASED-MO Study

TL;DR: Using the ASED-MO (Atom Superposition and Electron Delocalization-Molecular Orbital) theory, the authors investigated carbon formation and carbon hydrogenation for CO 2 methanation on the Ni (111) surface.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis of polyaniline-gold/graphene oxide composite and microwave absorption characteristics of the composite films

TL;DR: In this paper, the synthesis of polyaniline-gold nanocomposite by an in situ polymerization of aniline hydrochloride with graphene oxide using hydrogen tetrachloroaurate as an oxidant was described.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis and characterization of soluble polypyrrole–poly(ɛ-caprolactone) polymer blends with improved electrical conductivities

TL;DR: In this paper, the composition and structural characteristics of polypyrrole-poly(−)-caprolactone (PPy-PCL) blends were determined by Fourier transform infrared, ultraviolet-visible, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopic methods.
Journal ArticleDOI

Characterization and electrical behavior of polyaniline–poly-N-isopropylacrylamide-co-acrylic acid/alumina aqueous dispersions in the presence of dodecyl benzenesulfonic acid

TL;DR: In this article, a polymer composites containing polyaniline, poly-poly-N-isopropylacrylamide-co-acrylic acid/alumina (PANI-PNA/Al2O3) were synthesized by chemical polymerization of aniline in an aqueous solution containing dispersed PNA/al2O 3 in the presence of dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid (DBSA) using different wt% of Al2 O 3 (5, 10, 20, and 30%).
