An apparatus and method for driving a liquid crystal display device are disclosed. The apparatus includes a liquid crystal panel with pixels defined by data and gate lines. A gate driver provides different gate pulses to the odd-column pixels than to the even-column pixels. The gate pulses have different voltages and/or widths. Data drivers provide data voltages having a positive or negative polarity to the data lines. A timing controller controls the gate and data drivers and supplies gate clock pulses that have different voltages and/or widths to the gate driver.

목적 : 알코올은 이독성 약물로 청각과 관련된 세포와 신경에 장ㆍ단기적으로 부정적인 영향을 준다고 알려져 있다. 알코올 섭취 전·후의 청각 및 외유모세포 활성도 변화를 즉각적으로 살펴보기 위해 진행되었다.BR방법 : 중이 및 청각에 문제가 없는 대상자를 본 연구의 기준에 맞게 선별하고, 선정된 대상자를 대상으로 K-MMSE, PTA, TEOAE, DPOAE를 측정하였다. 이후 소음을 통제한 환경에서 자유롭게 알코올을 섭취하고, 90분 후 혈중알코올농도를 측정하였다. K-MMSE 재측정에서 인지적으로 문제가 없다고 판단된 대상자들을 대상으로 PTA, TEOAE, DPOAE를 재측정하였다. 음주 후 혈중알코올농도를 공변인으로 두고 t-test를 이용하여 음주 전ㆍ후 청각과 외유모세포 활성도의 차이를 비교 분석하였다.BR결과 : 첫째, 알코올 섭취 전 K-MMSE의 평균점수는 29.3점, 섭취 후 평균점수는 28.3점으로 나타났고, 혈중알코올농도는 최저 .05에서 최대 .21까지 평균 .13으로 나타났다. 둘째, 알코올섭취 후 PTA 역치는 대부분의 주파수에서 상승하여 부정적인 변화를 확인하였고, TEOAE와 DPOAE의 방사음 반응도 알코올 섭취 후 대다수의 주파수에서 줄어드는 경향을 보였다. 셋째, 알코올 섭취 전·후의 PTA, TEOAE, DPOAE의 주파수별 상관관계는 유의하게 나타나지 않았다. 넷째, 혈중알코올농도 수치는 알코올 섭취 전·후 청각 및 외유모세포 활동성에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다.BR결론 : 음주를 통한 알코올의 섭취는 인지력 및 혈중알코올농도와 상관없이 사람의 청각 및 외유모세포 활동성에 즉각적으로 부정적인 영향을 준다는 것을 실험을 통해 확인하였다.
