Influence of accelerating storage of foxtail millet on the edible and cooking quality of its porridge: An insight into the structural alteration of the in-situ protein and starch and physicochemical properties.

TL;DR: In this article , the effect of the accelerating storage of foxtail millet on the edible and cooking quality of its porridge was investigated, and the structural alteration of the in-situ protein and starch in the stored millet, as well as physicochemical properties were investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI

Shotgun lipidomics reveals the changes in phospholipids of brown rice during accelerated aging.

TL;DR: Zhang et al. as mentioned in this paper employed shotgun lipidomics to investigate the changes in phospholipid molecular species in four brown rice varieties (two japonica rice and two indica rice) during accelerated aging.
Journal ArticleDOI

New insights of the strength asymmetry in FCC single-crystalline nanopillars

TL;DR: In this article , the tensile and compressive behaviors of single-crystalline nanopillars were studied, by performing molecular dynamic simulations on several typical FCC metals, and the results indicated that both the Schmid factor and the non-Schmid factors change considerably due to the large elastic deformation under tension or compression.
Journal ArticleDOI

Fusion of Global and Local Features for Text Classification

TL;DR: This work proposes a feature fusion model for document classification, which has excellent text representation ability, and first builds a shared graph from training data sets to bring global information and builds individual graph for each document which maintain the word order.
