Journal ArticleDOI

LncRNA HOTAIR acts a competing endogenous RNA to control the expression of notch3 via sponging miR-613 in pancreatic cancer.

TL;DR: It is suggested that HOTAIR functions as a competing endogenous RNA to regulate notch3 expression via sponging miR-613 in pancreatic cancer.
Journal ArticleDOI

Long Noncoding RNA PVT1 Promotes EMT and Cell Proliferation and Migration Through Downregulating p21 in Pancreatic Cancer Cells.

TL;DR: P21 downregulation reversed the effect of plasmacytoma variant translocation 1 downregulation on zinc finger E-box-binding protein 1/Snail expression and cell proliferation and migration and promoted epithelial–mesenchymal transition and cell migration through downregulating p21 in pancreatic cancer cells.
Journal ArticleDOI

circZMYM2 Competed Endogenously with miR-335-5p to Regulate JMJD2C in Pancreatic Cancer.

TL;DR: This study demonstrated that circZMYM2 promoted PC progression by having a sponge effect on miR-335-5p and modulated the downstream oncogene JMJD2C.
Journal ArticleDOI

Epigenetic inhibition of miR-663b by long non-coding RNA HOTAIR promotes pancreatic cancer cell proliferation via up-regulation of insulin-like growth factor 2.

TL;DR: It is demonstrated that miR-663b is epigenetically repressed by HOTAIR and exerts its tumor-suppressive function via targeting IGF2 in pancreatic cancer.
Journal ArticleDOI

Predictive factors for central lymph node and lateral cervical lymph node metastases in papillary thyroid carcinoma

TL;DR: For patients with pre-operative risk factors of LNM, an accurate preoperative evaluation of central compartment or lateral compartment is needed to find suspicious lymph nodes and prophylactic lymph node dissection should be performed in patients with high risk of CLNM.
