This study aimed at identifying and understanding more deeply the self-regulated learning of students with a high GPA, who had multiple roles (as housewives and workers also). The approach employed in this study was the qualitative-phenomenological approach. The subjects of the study were selected by purposive sampling technique and the data were collected using techniques of observations and in-depth interviews. The results indicated that the four subjects conducted self-regulation in learning through regulating cognition, motivation, behavior, and emotion. Moreover, the subjects performed context regulation in order to achieve certain learning objectives. Self-regulated learning performed by the subjects was influenced by specific precipitating situations and the characteristics of each related individual. It was also strengthened by social support given to them.

Regulasi Diri dalam Belajar pada Mahasiswa yang Memiliki Peran Banyak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan konflik peran ganda pada guru wanita di Kota Surabaya.  Penelitian dilakukan pada guru wanita di Surabaya dengan jumlah subjek penelitian sebanyak 80 orang. Alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner kecerdasan emosional yang terdiri dari 41 butir dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,946 dan kuesioner konflik peran ganda yang terdiri dari 25 butir dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,856 yangdisusun oleh penulis. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik statistik korelasi product moment dari Pearson, dengan menggunakan bantuan program statistik SPSS versi 17. Dari hasil analisis data penelitian diperoleh nilai korelasi antara kecerdasan emosional dengan konflik peran ganda sebesar -0,271 dengan p sebesar 0,015. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan konflik peran ganda. Nilai korelasi bernilai negatif, hal tersebut berarti kedua variabel memiliki arah hubungan negatif, yaitu semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosional maka semakin rendah konflik peran ganda begitu pula sebaliknya.

Formal education has shaped various types of women in this era of globalization. Formal education has a very decisive role in the development of human potential to the fullest. The low level of education is one of the factors causing poverty and adversity. Through education, people have the opportunity to explore their potential in order to obtain a more decent life. Therefore, because the current workforce is not monopolized by men who have dual roles in addition to being housewives and helping to earn a living. The basis of the large number of women making a living is influenced by the need to survive when their husbands cannot provide for a living and the existence of adversity intelligence that makes working women see opportunities in every difficulty that exists. This study seeks to determine the effect of Formal Education and Adversity Intelligence on the marital satisfaction of working women. The quantitative method was used in this study to conduct the research. The population in the study of women working in the Boyolali area of the city amounted to 500 people. The sampling method used purposive sampling so that the total sample was 170 people. Research findings of formal education have implications for marital satisfaction among working women, where the higher the formal education, the lower the level of marital satisfaction. In terms of adversity intelligence, the lower the level of marital satisfaction, the greater the level of adversity intelligence of working women. Furthermore, there is a 34.7 per cent correlation between formal education and adversity intelligence in the context of working women's marital satisfaction.

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam kehidupan. Pendidikan juga dikenal sebagai sebuah alat perkembangan dan merupakan hak bagi setiap individu, termasuk perempuan. Banyaknya wanita yang memiliki peran ganda, menjadi permasalahan sendiri ketika menjalankan peran tidak hanya sebagai mahasiswa, tetapi juga menjadi ibu rumah tangga dan wanita karir. Mahasiswa yang memiliki banyak peran sangat membutuhkan regulasi diri dalam belajar yang baik agar mendapatkan prestasi akademik yang baik. Guna mendapatkan hasil belajar yang baik diperlukan adanya motivasi yang tinggi. Individu dengan motivasi yang tinggi adalah individu yang perilakunya mengandung energi, memiliki arah, dan mampu mempertahankan perilaku tersebut. Salah satu kebutuhan yang mendasari motivasi adalah motivasi berprestasi. Tulisan ini akan mengkaji tentang fenomena regulasi diri mahasiswa dengan peran ganda terkait motivasi berprestasi.

The purpose of this research is to proving empirically correlation between self management with double role conflict at educational institution of Primagama Yogyakarta. Hypothesis of this research is there any negative correlation between self management with double role at woman career in educational institution of Primagama Yogyakarta. Participants in this research are woman career in educational institution of Primagama Yogyakarta with characteristic are married, have children, with sample accumulated was 32, from 35 person woman employee in Primagama. This research using two scale methods to collecting data, there are self management schale and double role conflict schale likert model. Hypothesis was tested with product moment correlation analysis technique. The research result showing there any significant negative correlation between self management with intensity of double role conflict at woman employee in educational institution of Primagama Yogyakarta.
