Nb modified structural, magnetic and magnetocaloric properties of double perovskite Ba2FeMo1−xNbxO6

TL;DR: In this article, the effect of Niobium doping on the structural, magnetic and magnetocaloric properties of Ba 2 FeMoO 6 samples is investigated. But the results in this paper suggest that the magnetic properties of the BFMO can be tailored by controlled Nb doping which is of significant importance in order to realize the numerous potential applications of the material in the magnetic refrigeration technology.
Journal ArticleDOI

Impact of Ba Substitution on the Magnetocaloric Effect in La1-xBaxMnO3 Manganites

TL;DR: In this article, the magnetocaloric effect was calculated in terms of the isothermal magnetic entropy change, and the maximum entropy change reached a value of 1.192 J/ kgK under a magnetic field change of 2.5T for the La0.6Ba0.4MnO3 composition.
Journal ArticleDOI

Ternary metal oxide nanocomposite for room temperature H2S and SO2 gas removal in wet conditions

TL;DR: A ternary Mn-Zn-Fe oxide nanocomposite was fabricated by a one-step coprecipitation method for the remotion of H2S and SO2 gases at room temperature as discussed by the authors .
Journal ArticleDOI

Probing the origin and stability of bivalency in copper based porous coordination network and its application for H2S gas capture

TL;DR: A bivalent Cu(I,II) metal-organic framework (MOF) based on the 4,4',4″s-Triazine-2,4,6-triyl-tribenzoate linker was synthesized via a solvothermal method as mentioned in this paper .
Journal ArticleDOI

Sustainable Removal of BTEX Gas Using Regenerated Metal Containing SiO2

TL;DR: In this paper , two novel nanocomposite materials (Fe2O3/SiO2 and Fe 2O3-Mn2O 3/Si O3 /SiO 2) have been fabricated to remove BTEX at ambient temperature.
