Impactos del confinamiento por el COVID-19 entre universitarios: Satisfacción Vital, Resiliencia y Capital Social Online

Facebook (www.facebook.com) quizas sea hoy el ejemplo mas palpable de los entornos denominados redes sociales o 2.0 . Las redes sociales son plataformas que facilitan el intercambio de informacion, la interaccion y la colaboracion entre sus usuarios. El exito de Facebook como red social, sin embargo, no depende solo de su capacidad para conectar personas, aunque sea esta su orientacion inicial. La potencia de la plataforma para compartir recursos, para vincular contenidos presentes en internet a los perfiles de los usuarios y su evolucion hacia el lifestreaming y el microblogging la facultan para dar soporte a experiencias de interaccion complejas y continuas, y, con ello, para estructurar procesos de aprendizaje colaborativo. Las herramientas comunicativas de la plataforma, asi como la opcion de enriquecer sus potencialidades mediante la instalacion de aplicaciones y modulos de terceros permiten a los miembros de una comunidad o equipo de trabajo desarrollar actividades heterogeneas. Sobre el marco teorico representado por la perspectiva socioconstructivista de las comunidades de practica, el grupo de trabajo Web2Learn ha analizado y valorado, desde una doble optica, tecnologica y pedagogica , las caracteristicas que hacen posible la utilizacion de Facebook como plataforma para el desarrollo de actividades colaborativas en linea.

espanolEl presente articulo tiene por objeto analizar el vinculo bidireccional existente entre dos variables claves en el desarrollo economico y la sostenibilidad social: el capital humano y el capital social. Tras introducir ambos conceptos, se aborda desde el plano teorico la influencia bidireccional entre el capital humano (educacion, conocimientos tecnicos, experiencia del individuo-trabajador) y el capital social individual (red de relaciones interpersonales del sujeto focal). En este sentido, la educacion extiende la red social del individuo y amplia el conjunto de recursos a los que puede acceder. Asimismo, y en sentido inverso, el capital social individual favorece tanto la educacion del sujeto como la productividad de su capital humano. La segunda parte del articulo contrasta desde un punto de vista empirico la interrelacion entre el capital humano y el capital social individual en el caso espanol. Los resultados confirman la bidireccionalidad de las relaciones y la necesidad de profundizar en la causalidad de los procesos. EnglishThe aim of this article is to analyze the bidirectional link between two key variables in economic development and social sustainability: human capital and social capital. After introducing both concepts, the influence of human capital (education, technical knowledge, experience of the individual-worker) in the individual social capital (network of interpersonal relationships of the focal subject) is approached from the theoretical point of view. In this sense, education extends the social network of the individual and broadens the set of resources that can be accessed. Likewise, and in the opposite direction, individual social capital favors both the education of the subject and the productivity of its human capital. The second part of the article contrasts from an empirical point of view the interrelation between human capital and individual social capital in the Spanish case. The results confirm the bidirectionality of the relationships and the need to deepen the causality of the processes.

Introduction. Public Service Media (PSM) in Europe have had to adapt to new scenarios where
the Internet is the main platform to inform, communicate and disseminate content to their audiences.
Objectives and methodology. We examined websites of Public Service Media organisations in
Europe, taking into account the following parameters: positioning, engagement, origin of the audience
and device for access. Results. In most cases, time spent by users on sites is limited, the bounce rate
is high, users are national and the most frequently used access devices to web contents are mobile.
Discussion and conclusions. In some cases, results show that websites belonging to European public
broadcasters are not meeting users’ expectations. It is key that operators consider developing more
efficient online services when designing their business strategies, as this will inevitably result in greater
and better usage of their websites by users.

At the end of the first decade of the 21st century, traditional linear television began, with greater precision, a transformation process towards online television, which continues to this day. This evolution has allowed almost unlimited access to the content, without having to be subject to the programming grid of a television, now there is the possibility of seeing what you want, when and where you want. However, an increase in the demand for content through television brings with it several disadvantages: the need to adapt to different screens and devices, the speed of connection, the location or the validation of the subscribers. The above generates a problem in the fragmentation of the audience, both for advertisers and for distributors, who affirm a sustainable business model. For example, the subscription to video on demand (SVOD) model, as offered by Netflix or HBO, makes programmers and distributors address some of the concerns of advertisers to increase the flow of investment in television advertising. Some of them would be: Scale, it is not enough to buy time in a program that is broadcast in a predetermined time zone; Measurement, the gross audience index (GRP) metric is no longer as simple as a result of the different broadcast platforms and devices; In technology, we find users who want to access content from different devices, or even want to see a series on their smartphone while they are on the train and can continue when they get home, this time on the television in their living room. The evolution in which television is immersed affects both the audience and advertising. In recent years, the effort is focused on finding a solution to the fragmentation of the audience, with the consequent obtaining of the optimization of budget revenues and advertising campaigns. The work presented here carries out an analysis of the audiences, through the study of the websites of four SVOD platforms: Netflix, Blockbuster, Hulu and HBO.

Wine tourism is an emergent activity that has experienced major development in recent years. In this sense, those regions whose identities and key characteristics include a strong reputation as wine producers and therefore enjoy a solid position at the forefront in the minds of consumers that appreciate this drink, see wine tourism as a means of attracting visitors, further consolidating their reputation and promoting local wineries. This study is centred in Ecuador, where this form of tourism is growing in popularity. Specifically, it considers two of the country’s most representative wineries in which wine tourism plays a major role, thanks to the introduction of guided tours and wine tasting sessions designed to offer visitors positive experiences of a lasting nature. These wineries are ‘Dos Hemisferios’ and the ‘Chaupi Estancia Winery’. Our research identifies the positioning of these wineries in the social medium Facebook as a communication channel for connecting with the target markets, given that it is RESUMEN: Enoturismo es una actividad emergente que ha experimentado mayor desarrollo en los últimos años. En este sentido, las regiones cuyas identidades y características clave incluyen una sólida reputación como productores de vino y por lo tanto disfrutan de una posición sólida a la vanguardia en la mente de los consumidores que aprecian esta bebida, ver el enoturismo como medio para atraer visitantes, consolidando su reputación y promoción de bodegas de la zona. Este estudio se centra en el Ecuador, donde esta forma de turismo está creciendo en popularidad. Específicamente, considera dos de las bodegas más representativas del país en que vino turismo desempeña un papel importante, gracias a la introducción de visitas guiadas y degustación de sesiones diseñadas para ofrecer a los visitantes positivos experiencias de carácter duradero. Estas bodegas son 'Dos Hemisferios' y la 'Chaupi Estancia bodega'. Nuestra investigación identifica el posicionamiento de estas bodegas de la the winery’s principal resource for obtaining information, interaction and prescriptive action.
