5-Hydroxytryptamine 6 receptor (5-HT6) receptor and apolipoprotein E (ApoE) polymorphisms in patients with Alzheimer's disease in the Basque Country
Maite Alvarez-Alvarez,Luis Galdos,Manuel Fernández-Martínez,Fernando Gómez-Busto,Victoria Garcı́a-Centeno,Caridad Arias-Arias,Carmen Sánchez-Salazar,Ana B. Rodríguez-Martínez,Juan J. Zarranz,Marian M. de Pancorbo +9 more
TL;DR: The association of ApoE epsilon4 to AD in a sample of patients from the Basque Country is confirmed, though the association to C267T polymorphism of the 5-HT(6) receptor has not been observed.

Associations between STR autosomal markers and longevity
Naiara G. Bediaga,Jose María Aznar,Xabier Elcoroaristizabal,O. Albóniga,Fernando Gómez-Busto,I. Artaza Artabe,Ana M. Rocandio,M.M. de Pancorbo +7 more
TL;DR: The results do not confirm the association found in previous studies between longevity and THO1 and CSF1PO loci, but they suggest that the genomic portrait of the human longevity is far complex and probably shaped by a high number of genomic loci.
