The outbreak of COVID-19 affected almost every sector, including higher education institutions across the world particularly Afghanistan educational system. For this purpose, the researcher aimed to investigate the effects of COVID-19 on the academic performance of Afghan students and their level of satisfaction with online teaching. It also explored the significant difference in academic performance of students along with their satisfaction level with online teaching across gender. There were 1231 respondents, including 867 males and 364 females, from public and private universities of Afghanistan. Descriptive and inferential statistical analyses were employed. The findings of the study revealed that COVID-19 has negatively affected the academic performance of Afghan students and the students were highly dissatisfied with online teaching during this critical moment. Besides, the study revealed significant differences in the academic performance of students and their level of satisfaction with online teaching across gender. A strong positive correlation was found between the academic performance of Afghan students and their level of satisfaction with online teaching during the COVID-19 outbreak. According to the findings of the study, several implications and recommendations have been provided. © 2021 The Author(s). Effects of COVID-19 on the academic performance of Afghan students’ and their level of satisfaction with online teaching

The purpose of this study is to analyze and calculate the effect of servant leadership on the sales performance of the pharmaceutical industry, while the indicators of servant leadership are listening, empathy, healing, awareness, persuasion, foresight, conceptualization, stewardship, commitment, community. This study uses a quantitative approach with correlational analysis techniques, Data processing analysis uses SmartPLS software, the subject of this research is the pharmaceutical industry in Indonesia, the sample used is 282 sales managers. The sampling technique used by researchers is Probability Sampling, namely by using Simple Random Sampling. The results of this study show that servant leadership has a positive and significant impact on the sales performance of the pharmaceutical industry with indicators are listening, empathy, healing, awareness, persuasion, foresight, conceptualization, stewardship, commitment, community and has a positive and significant effect on sales performance

Do Servant Leadership Influence Market Performance? Evidence from Indonesian Pharmacy Industries

This research was designed to evaluate and analyse the impact of the OSC on high school results, to determine and analysis the effect of the work on the school's results at secondary schools, and to determine and analyse the influence of OSC on school performance in midschools. As an analysis tool, this review uses quantitative methods. Data collection has been done through the distribution of online electronic questionnaires to senior high school teachers in Jakarta. Snowball sampling data set of 150 Senior High School teachers. The results of this study show that the relationship between job satisfaction and school performance is significant, the correlation between organisation's engagement and school performance is relevant, and that the link is significant between organisational citizenship and school performance.

Effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Work Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment toward Indonesian School Performance

Abstract Where traditional learning and assessment approaches have previously been found to negatively impact on student well-being, the Covid-19 pandemic provided a novel opportunity to explore alternative online learning and assessment conditions conducive to student well-being and academic performance as part of a whole university strategy. To this end, the present study employed a mixed-methodological approach using a quantitative survey and 10 focus groups to examine the impact of online learning and assessment on the undergraduate students’ well-being. The findings indicate that whilst some students report online learning and assessment to require more effort in comparison to traditional methods, other students value the increased flexibility afforded by online learning and assessment. It is recommended that academic staff scaffold online learning and assessment methods in the curriculum.

Online learning and assessment during the Covid-19 pandemic: exploring the impact on undergraduate student well-being

—In a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, innovation is the crucial factor for organizational success. Innovations that are needed primarily are innovations at the individual level or innovative behavior, which is a source of innovation at the organization level. This study aims to investigate the factors that influence the flight instructor's innovative behavior at flight schools in Indonesia, mainly based on organizational culture, job satisfaction, and professional commitment. 
The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method with a sample of 98 flight instructors taken through simple random sampling. Data collection is using a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale and data analysis using path analysis. 
The findings in the study indicate that organizational culture, job satisfaction, and professional commitment have a positive direct effect on innovative behavior. Organizational culture is also indicating to have a positive direct effect on job satisfaction and professional commitment. Other findings show that job satisfaction does not directly effect on professional commitment. 
Based on the results of this study, the factors of organizational culture, job satisfaction, and professional commitment must be positioned as a strategic factor in the process of organizational management at flight schools in order to obtain sufficient attention. These three factors must also be continuously improved to strengthen innovative behavior among flight instructors.

The influence of organizational culture, job satisfaction, and professional commitment on innovative behavior of flight instructors at the civil flight school in indonesia

The aim of this study is to explore the advantages, constraints and solutions of online learning for private university students in Indonesia which are being implemented as a result of the pandemic of COVID. In this study using a qualitative method, using a survey method to private university students in Indonesia after six weeks of online distance learning as respondents, where distance learning is carried out using an online system. A total of 100 students participating in distance learning filled out a semi-structured questionnaire that was distributed to them online. The result of this article is the advantage that students feel with online learning is that they can listen at home, they are not limited by the place, they can listen anytime anywhere, and they are not limited by time or space grouped into comfortable educational themes. environment, utilization of free time, network instability, the voice of lecturers and teaching materials are not synchronous, they cannot take classes when the wifi is not connected, the concentration is reduced. Suggestions for improvement include increasing network instability, activating interaction through increasing one-sided interaction, and conducting face-to-face classes for practice.
