TL;DR: The metabolism of analogs of the cruciferous phytoalexin brassinin by the phytopathogenic fungi Phoma lingam and Alternaria brassicae and it was established that each pathogen detoxified methyl tryptamine dithiocarbamate, although yielding different metabolic products.
