East China Sea tide currents

TL;DR: A large number of current measurements were made across the continental shelf along approximately 30°N. During the joint China-U.S. Marine Sedimentation Dynamics Study as mentioned in this paper, a general agreement between these observations and Choi's (1980) tidal model of the area, which supports his assumed boundary conditions and numerical procedures.
