On the Theory of the Brownian Motion

TL;DR: In this paper, the mean values of all the powers of the velocity $u$ and the displacement $s$ of a free particle in Brownian motion are calculated and the exact expressions for the square of the deviation of a harmonically bound particle in the Fokker-Planck partial differential equation as a function of the time and the initial deviation are obtained.
Journal ArticleDOI

On Field Theories with Non-Localized Action

TL;DR: In this paper, it was investigated whether suitable generalizations of the field equations of current field theories to equations of higher order may be of help in eliminating the divergent features of the present theory.
Journal ArticleDOI

Transport Phenomena in Einstein-Bose and Fermi-Dirac Gases. I

TL;DR: In this article, the general theory of transport phenomena in simple gases is concluded, and numerical values of the gas coefficients for heat conductivity and viscosity are obtained as a function of the temperature and density for the particular case of molecules acting as rigid elastic spheres.
Journal ArticleDOI

Application of Spinor Analysis to the Maxwell and Dirac Equations

TL;DR: In this paper, the 2nd order Dirac equations in spinor form were derived from a spinorial variation principle, analogous to the results of Gordon and Darwin, and the divergence condition for the current was derived, and new invariant relations between the wave functions which are independent of the potentials were obtained.
