Journal ArticleDOI

The Ferroelectric Non-Stoichiometric LiTaO3-Type Phases

TL;DR: In this article, a large number of solid solutions have been obtained, the observed nonstoichiometry corresponds either to a cationic excess or to a Cationic deficit from LiTaO3 7Li NMR measurements allowed the authors to point out the position of substituted cations either in the tetrahedral or in the octahedral sites.
Journal ArticleDOI

Magnesium and zinc cation distributions and correlation with curie temperature in some LiTaO3-based ferroelectric ceramics

TL;DR: In this paper, a correlation between the calculated electric field gradient seen by Li nuclei and the quadrupole splitting of 7Li NMR line shape allows the authors to localize the Mg or Zn atoms in either the octahedral or tetrahedral sites of the crystalline network.
Journal ArticleDOI

Some new non-stoichiometric ferroelectric phases with composition close to LiTaO3 in the ternary system Li2O-Ta2O5-(WO3)2

TL;DR: Some new phases with a LiTaO3-related structure have been prepared within the ternary system Li2O-Ta2O5-(WO3)2 as mentioned in this paper.

Crystallographic and dielectric properties of LiTaO3-based non-stoichiometric solid solutions substituted by trivalent ions

TL;DR: In this paper, the temperature de Curie decroit avec x et peut etre correlee au rapport c/a de la maille hexagonale is discussed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Ferroelectric properties of oxygen deficient PbTiO3-related phases

TL;DR: In this paper, a short range ordering of the vacancies leading to formation of (FeO4) tetrahedra has been shown by Mossbauer spectroscopy, and the symmetry at 300K is tetragonal.
