TL;DR: A case of IAC is reported, with protean clinical features and a stuttering course, who remained untreated for a prolonged period.
Abstract: Introduction Isolated angiitis of the central nervous system (IAC) is a rare, idiopathic, recurrent vasculitis confined to the central nervous system, involving primarily small and sometimes medium-sized blood vessels [1]. Timely recognition of this condition is of paramount importance as it shows good response to therapy with combination of steroids and cyclophosphamide [2]. We report a case of IAC, with protean clinical features and a stuttering course, who remained untreated for a prolonged period.
