Ultrasound-assisted compatible in situ hydrolysis of sugarcane bagasse in cellulase-aqueous–N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide system for improved saccharification

TL;DR: The viscosity and FTIR analysis revealed that NM MO-treated cellulose under ultrasonic condition was porous and amorphous, which led to improved saccharification, which provided great implications to develop a continuous process NMMO-cellulases system for transformation of native biomass.
Journal ArticleDOI

Aqueous two-phase/reverse micelle continuous process for recycling and simultaneous purification of polar ionic liquid from enzymatic hydrolysate

TL;DR: In this paper, an ionic liquid recovery yield of 92.3% and purity of 99.1% was obtained from the aqueous two-phase and reverse micelles extraction process with optimized parameters.

Extraction method of 1-desoxynojirimycin in mulberry leaf

TL;DR: In this paper, an extraction method of 1-desoxynojirimycin in mulberry leaf, which comprises the following steps: 1. fermentation: adding mulberry leaves into a cellulase generation strain seed liquid, carrying out constant temperature shake culture to obtain a fermentation liquid; 2. extraction: centrifuging the fermentation liquid (centrifuging after carrying out continuous temperature extraction on the understratum precipitate and a hydrochloric acid water solution), taking the supernatant extracting solution, repeated the operations above, and merging the extracting solutions;

Method for preparing biodiesel by directly using cellulose through mixed fermentation

TL;DR: In this paper, a method for preparing biodiesel by directly using cellulose through mixed fermentation is presented, where a plant fiber degrading strain and a grease producing strain are used, and ethanol is produced by using natural plant fiber such as straws.
Journal ArticleDOI

Pretreatment of Mulberry Twig using Nonionic Surfactant-assisted Ionic Liquid for Zymolysis and Subsequent Bioethanol Production

TL;DR: In this paper , a natural cellulosic biomass pretreatment process was established to use ionic liquid (IL) for efficient zymolysis and subsequent bioethanol production, the IL 1, 3-Dimethylimidazolium dimethyl phosphate/Tween-80 ([Mmim][DMP]/T80) was selected in view of its high pretreatment function.
