Development and method validation for determination of 128 pesticides in bananas by modified QuEChERS and UHPLC–MS/MS analysis

TL;DR: In this paper, a multiresidue method for quantification of 128 pesticides in banana is described, which involves the application of a modified QuEChERS procedure followed by UHPLC-MS/MS (Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography coupled to Tandem Mass Spectrometry) analysis.
Journal ArticleDOI

Multiclass method for pesticides quantification in honey by means of modified QuEChERS and UHPLC–MS/MS

TL;DR: A simple multiresidue method for the quantification of 116 pesticides in honey is proposed using a modified QuEChERS procedure followed by UHPLC-MS/MS analysis, validated according to the European Union SANCO/12571/2013 guidelines.
Journal ArticleDOI

A multi-residue method for the determination of 90 pesticides in matrices with a high water content by LC-MS/MS without clean-up.

TL;DR: A method using QuEChERS extraction and LC–MS/MS in electrospray positive ionisation mode was developed and validated for the analysis of 90 pesticides in a high water content matrix (tomato) in a single chromatographic run, demonstrating the applicability of the method to these classes of commodities, without clean-up.
Journal ArticleDOI

A multi-residue method for the determination of pesticides in high water content matrices by gas chromatography–single quadrupole mass spectrometry with electron ionisation (EI-GC/MS)

TL;DR: The validation of a multi-residue pesticide method was in agreement with national and international regulations enabling the Ministry of the Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply of Brazil to cover a large number of matrices and pesticide residues in its monitoring and control programmes.
Journal ArticleDOI

Multi-residue method for the analysis of pesticides in Arabica coffee using liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry

TL;DR: This work consisted of the development of a multi-residue method for the analysis of pesticides in coffee by using LC-MS/MS, and showed that the method is selective, as they were linear in the range of 10.0–100.0 µg kg−1.
