Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis of propylene oxide from propylene and hydrogen peroxide catalyzed by titanium silicalite

TL;DR: In this article, the epoxidation of propylene with hydrogen peroxide in the liquid phase, in the presence of titanium silicalite catalyst (TS-1), is described.
Journal ArticleDOI

Reactions of titanium silicalite with protic molecules and hydrogen peroxide

TL;DR: The properties of titanium silicalite (TS-1) in reactions with water, hydrogen peroxide, and alcohol molecules have been studied by means of IR and NMR spectroscopy, and acid activity tests.
Journal ArticleDOI

Production of titanium containing molecular sieves and their application in catalysis

TL;DR: In this paper, several important issues related with industrial application of catalysts based on titanium silicalite-1 (TS-1) have been discussed, especially considering the most critical parameters for industrial application.
Book ChapterDOI

Titanium-Silicalite: a Novel Derivative in the Pentasil Family

TL;DR: In this article, a novel Ti derivative of Silicalite-1 has been prepared by hydrothermal procedure with (n-C 3 H 7 )N-OH, and X-ray, IR, EDX, and 29 Si MAS NMR investigations indicate an homogeneous distribution of Ti in the crystal while suggesting replacement of Ti for Si in the framework.
Journal ArticleDOI

Layered structure of ERB-1 microporous borosilicate precursor and its intercalation properties towards polar molecules

TL;DR: As-synthesized ERB-1 borosilicate has a bi-dimensional layered structure, and the three-dimensional (3D) microporous structure is formed after calcination at 270°C as mentioned in this paper.
