TL;DR: Despite small corneal diameters, congenital glaucoma needs to be ruled out early in patients with oculo-dento-digital dysplasia and these patients should be treated in close cooperation with pediatric neurologists, orthopedic surgeons, dentists and otorhinolaryngologists.
