Journal ArticleDOI

Influence of zinc on electrical and microstructural properties of CaCu3Ti4O12 ceramics prepared by sol–gel process

TL;DR: In this article, the dielectric and varistor properties of Zn-substituted CaCu 3 Ti 4 O 12 (CCZTO) were analyzed by a precision impedance analyzer and a varistor tester, respectively.
Journal ArticleDOI

Microstructure and electrical properties of Sc2O3-doped ZnO–Bi2O3-based varistor ceramics

TL;DR: In this article, the microstructure and electrical properties of ZnO-Bi 2 O 3 -based varistor ceramics doped with different Sc 2O 3 content sintered at 1100°C were investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effect of AETiO3 (AE = Mg, Ca, Sr) doping on dielectric and varistor characteristics of CaCu3Ti4O12 ceramic prepared by the sol–gel process

TL;DR: In this article, the same authors investigated the effect of metal titante doping in CCTO, decreasing the grain size and raising the threshold voltage in pure and alkaline-earth metal titants.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effects of high-energy ball milling oxide-doped and varistor ceramic powder on ZnO varistor

TL;DR: In this paper, a comparison of the electrical and microstructural properties of two high-energy ball milling processes: oxide-doped and varistor ceramic powder, was made, obtaining a nonlinear coefficient of 57 and a breakdown field of 617 V/mm at a sintering temperature of 1000 °C for 3 h.
Journal ArticleDOI

Influence of Lu2O3 on electrical and microstructural properties of CaCu3Ti4O12 ceramics

TL;DR: In this article, the influence of Lu 2 O 3 -doped CCTO on the dielectric and electrical properties of CaCu 3 Ti 4 O 12 was reported.
