Emergence of non-linear electrodynamic theories from $T\bar{T}$-like deformations

TL;DR: In this paper , the deformation of the ModMax theory was investigated under the flow invariance for Born-Infeld theories, and it was shown that the deformed theory is the generalized non-linear Born-infeld electrodynamics.
Journal ArticleDOI

T T ¯ $$ T\overline{T} $$ -like flows in non-linear electrodynamic theories and S-duality

TL;DR: In this article, a flow equation for non-linear electrodynamic theories in D(2n)-dimensional spacetime was derived from a simple integration technique, and it was shown that this flow equation is compatible with the classical free action in higher dimensions.
Journal ArticleDOI

Holographic complexity for black branes with momentum relaxation

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors employ the complexity-plus-action conjecture to investigate the action growth rate for the charged and neutral AdS black branes of a holographic toy model consisting of Einstein-Maxwell theory in ($d+1$)-dimensional bulk spacetime with massless scalar fields.
Journal ArticleDOI

S -dual amplitude and D 3 -brane couplings

TL;DR: In this article, the tree-level S-matrix elements of one Ramond-Ramond and three open strings were found to be invariant to the standard rules of S-duality, and a SL(2, R) invariant form of the D3-brane effective action with derivative corrections was derived from one-loop level four-point amplitude.
