Abstract: The O IV, F V and Ne VI spectra have been investigated by collision spectroscopy. Photons emitted by boron-like ions following berrylium-like ions – Cs electron capture collisions have been recorded in the 60–600 A wavelength range. Displaced terms have been distinguished by using highly metastable incident O4+, F5+ and Ne6+ ion beams. Previously unreported or unassigned lines have been identified. Branching ratios of 2s–2p transitions have been measured.
